Dr. Bryant Vo - Optometrist
Dr. Bryant Vo received his bachelor’s of science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003 and is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry in 2007 where he was the recipient of the Robert K. Vineyard, Orange County Homer, and Varilux Scholarships. While in optometric training, his research thesis pertained to “reading eye movements and reading comprehension in children” which received a research grant by the CAAO and can be found in the Journal of Behavioral Optometry.

Dr. Vo’s internships were spent at The Eye Care Associates of Nevada, the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, and The Veteran’s Arm’s Hospital in Bakersfield. Dr. Vo was exposed to many patient populations; from children to the elderly, inclusive of glaucoma detection and treatment, laser/cataract surgery co-management, and contact lens fitting. Dr. Vo received his National Board Certification in Optometry and is licensed to practice in the state of California.
Dr. Vo is also certified in the use of diagnostic pharmaceutical agents (DPA) and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents (TPA) for the treatment/management of ocular diseases. As of January 2010, Dr. Vo is certified in the detection as well as treatment of glaucoma.
Some of Dr. Vo’s hobbies include being with friends and family, jazz music, weight/resistance training, outdoor activities, martial arts, and swimming.
